Agri Consultant/Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director - G&PS

Requirements:

- Should have 3+ years /5+ years / 7+ years / 10+ years of work experience, with exposure in any of the following:

- Project planning and appraisal, project management consultancy, capacity building and trainings and knowledge and information management

- The candidate should have experience in Agri-food supply chain transformation, value chain development, go-to-market and growth strategy, market linkages of agri input and output industry , agri commodities, process improvement, revenue enhancement, profit maximization, cost optimization, brand building, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) development and micro entrepreneurship, organization design and transformation, policy reforms, vision formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives

- Market feasibility, gap analysis, policy review and reforms, monitoring and evaluation, sectoral analysis, and thought leadership

- Commercial, financial, and operational due diligence, agri investment promotion and outreach support, bid process management and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory (buy/sell side advisory and post-merger integration)

- Should have strong technical experience and in depth understanding of various reforms, pre and post-harvest technological innovations in Agriculture sector

- Should have worked on assignments with various Government / private sector /Public sector

- Should be good at report writing, data analysis, working on excel and PowerPoint presentations with excellent communication skills.

Qualification:

Preferably MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness Management from premier management B schools or other prestigious General Management Institutes
