Retail Business Analyst
- 8-10 years of Overall IT Experience.
- Min5 years of Retail Business experience.
- Min2 years' experience managing stakeholder relationships including influencing & negotiating outcomes
- Experience in solving the business problems i.e. Assortment, Availability, Merchandizing and Supply Chain
- Providing the solutions on solving the Availability, Merchandizing and Supply Chain Problem in Retail Space
- Working on various metrics for Retail Industry KPI's and assess the performance of a retail business
- Experience in US retail industry is must
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to organizational and environmental changes during in-progress activities.
2. Guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off despite competing objectives.
- Manage requirements to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives and end-user buy-in
3. Describe technology in terms easily understood by business customers and set realistic customer expectations for the project outcome. Adjust customer expectations in accordance with changes in scope.
4. Generate innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities.
5. Work closely with stakeholders to build trust and understand their goals, motivations, constraints, risks, and operating environment.
