- Define, develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategy and brand strategy across different verticals.

- Lead the management, content creation and growth for all owned social media

- Lead and drive business development activities in India and emerging markets

- Deploying the Employer Value Proposition and key topics primarily for Talent Acquisition - in line with the brand guidelines

- Govern and lead the social/digital strategy to engage potential recruits on newer platforms

- Work collaboratively with HR and other functions in conceptualizing & launching branding campaigns that drive KPI Partners as an employer of choice for potential recruits

- Strategize and plan various internal and external brand, communication programs for KPI Partners
