KPI Partners - Campus Recruiter

In This Role, You Will:

- Participate in recruiting and selecting fresh graduates from Tech Schools, Graduate Schools, Training Institutes across India

- Effectively plan and conduct Off campus hiring through the year based on business need

- Plan and conduct Campus hiring events in best slots during the Placement season and develop effective working relationships with Training & Placement Officers & Professors

- Assessing business needs, educating them on the campus landscape, and setting realistic expectations basis market intelligence gathered

- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company

- Administer tests and interpret results

- Plan the selection process including competencies to assess and interviewers

- Build continuous market intelligence on fresh graduate hiring at Schools & various Training institutes

- Collaborate and consult with Recruiting colleagues, internal partners and managers regarding the recruitment process
