KPI Deployment Specialist - Operational Excellence

Job description for Operational Excellence - KPI Deployment Specialist:-

The positions we are hiring for Industrial Products.

- Expert in Operational Excellence and standard costing, good understanding of factory processes (particularly machining and assembly)

- Supports the product companies of the Industrial Product Division to implement the latest editions of Operation KPIs as defined by the Operations Controller

- Special attention to the integration of the new M&A companies, working with the new companies to prepare and execute a KPI roadmap

- Support the product companies with the architecture and automation of their KPI reporting systems

- Has full access to the systems used in the product companies (ERP, MES,.) and knows how to navigate them

- Has strong analytical abilities and can work with large data sets

- Operations KPIs cover about 150 different KPIs in all PC relevant operations (SHEQ, finance, people, compliance, procurement, quality, delivery)

- Required to frequently travel globally to the various product companies of the Industrial Product Division (candidate who have US Visa B1 will be great advantage)

- Fluent in English

- Reports to the Operations Controller
