2 Job Purpose :

2.1 The purpose of the job role will be Business Development as a part of business expansion journey

of the company

3 Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities):

3.1 Sales Exposure in Hybrid/ Wind is mandatory

- Exposure in B2B business is must

- Understanding the technical and commercial requirements of our internal and external customers to

ensure all solutions maximize value;

- Leading the techno-economic optimization of Hybrid, wind projects, including solar farm design and

its impact on Balance of System;

- Commercial closures and profitability as added advantage.

- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients by penetrating the market and growing business from existing clients.

- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

- Constantly achieved and super achieved targets

- Great negotiation, communication & presentation skills

- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure

positive feedback and reference.

- Travel within Mumbai to meet potential and existing customers.

- Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs.

- Escalate feedback received from client to top management and undertake corrective actions as and

when required.

Qualification/Competencies:

Educational qualifications - BE/B.Tech

Experience - Minimum 10-15 Years

Preferred Industries - Wind / Hrbrid

Competencies/skills - Target Oriented & Aggressive approach

- Capability of working under pressure & achieve targets based on the guidelines of the companies goals.

- Excellent Communication & presentation Skills

- Ability to build strategic and long term relationships

- Willing to travel locally within Gujarat

- Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred

- Candidates having own vehicle (four wheeler) will be an added advantage

- Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction

- Techno-commercial candidate may add advantage.
