Kotak - Team Supervisor - Trade Operations

Job Role:

His primary role will be of Scrutinizing and Authorizing all the Import Export transactions. He will manage a team and will be accountable for the performance of the team and the objectives set for the team.

The Scrutinizer (Checker) at CPC – Trade services will be

- Responsible for processing Import / Export Transactions

- Scrutinise the documents received for processing from the branches.

- Responsible to ensure that the transaction complies with all the regulatory requirements under the current RBI guidelines in addition to the bank’s internal policies and procedures

- Authorising the transaction in system

- Would co-ordinate with the CSM /RM for getting the queries resolved in timely manner

- Ensure that the TAT agreed as per the SLA with the business groups are strictly adhered to

- Should keep himself /herself constantly updated on the relevant trade services products – on the regulatory changes being imposed by the regulators and ensure they are properly complied with

- Would constantly keep the process flow in mind and always work for improvising the same to ensure faster, cheaper processing keeping an eye on the quality of processing.

Will be responsible for error free operations and service delivery and audit ratings.

Job requirements:

- Should be fast and accurate with excellent numerical skills

- Should be familiar with all the products that are offered to corporate

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to co-operation and team work with the other operation groups

- In depth knowledge in trade operations

- Commitment to work

Willingness to work late hours /work in staggered working arrangement, in case the same is required

Experience:

Should have about 2-3 years of relevant experience – worked in trade operations.

Educational Qualifications:

Postgraduate from a premier institute.
