Kotak - Team Member - Investor Relations

Job Role:

- The individual will support the Investor Relation Incharge for liaising & managing relationship with analysts and institutional investors with key focus on:

- Quarterly/annual earnings releases

- Communicate key developments

- Investor/Analyst inquiries and responses on a day to day basis

- In addition, the role will also involve managing the Investor Relations website

- The role will also involve monitoring and summarizing analyst reports on the Bank and assist further communication to the senior management

- All the above will be in strict compliance of governance policies, sensitivities and SEBI and other regulations, as applicable

Job Requirement:

- CA/MBA/B.Com with 1-2 years- experience

- Needs to be conceptually sound and have the ability to independently understand and think through valuations, read and interpret financial data, internal business situations and so on.

- Excellent Analytical skills (financial and numerical). Good proficiency in Excel.

- The individual needs to have an eye for detail with error free output.

- The individual should have the confidence and the ability to handle internal relationships.

- Reasonable orientation / understanding of one or more of Kotak's businesses and how they function, and/or their key drivers.

- The individual should be a good team player.
