Kotak - Sr Mgr - Legal - Asset Reconstruction

Job Role :-

- Drafting and Vetting of Loan & Security Documentation and security assessment with key focus on Mortgages

- Legal Due diligence of Non-Performing Accounts for acquisition of financial assets ;

- Drafting of Restructuring and Settlement Documentations ;

- Drafting of Legal Notices and Suits and Dealing with Legal disputes of the Bank ;

- Exploring the various legal alternatives available and assisting in documentation and security creation.

- Consistent and effective follow up and query resolution with the external legal and valuation agencies.

- Liasoning with Lawyers and other statutory authorities.

Job Requirements :-

- Candidate should be a law graduate with experience of at least three years of handling in Mortgage Assessments and Drafting of Loan & Security Documents. Knowledge of Property Laws and Title / Mortgages Assessment is must ;

- Knowledge of Documentation relating to various types of Financial Facilities and various Financial Products & Process.

- Knowledge of recovery matters - SARFAESI Act, DRT suits, criminal complaints etc for recovery of dues would be an added advantage ;

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work on multiple tasks and travelling to multiple locations.
