Job Purpose:
Managing the P2P payments offering like IMPS, UPI, NEFT, RTGS & Bharat Bill Pay
Candidate needs to have a strong understanding of payments domain especially in the Bill payments. A preferred experience in managing Bill payments will be preferred or working with an merchant acquiring setup
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for developing the use cases Bharat Bill platform
2. Managing regulatory and compliance requirements for Bharat Bill pay
3. Building capabilities to offer customer transactions and merchants payments through platforms and creating single click checkout experience
4. Gather functional & technical requirements for building a bill payment module and also biller merchant module for Bharat Billpay project. Other modules like customer transactions, balance management & other key requirements to support customer transactions
5. Building an entire Infrastructure to support customer service management through remote channels (Branch, call centre, social media and other e channels)
6. Manage Internal stakeholders legal, compliance & marketing for product documentation and clearance
7. Develop a deep understanding of customer transaction behavior, identify gaps in core products functionality and help build right set of features and track adoption for the same
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Should have worked on Bill payment modules or merchant management side of bill payment is preferred
2. Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for managing Bharat Billpay
3. Detailed understanding of Person to merchants payments
4. Experience in customer transaction management
5. Excellent eye for end to end product & customer experience
6. Candidate with a high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world is best suited for this role

Work experience: Chief Manager: 5-7 years of work experience
