Job role :
- Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on agri corporate business, trade finance, cash management and credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
- Responsible for achieving business budgets wrt volumes and revenue.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
- Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
- Market development/business development with specific budgets for business & income generation.
- Managing relationships with the promoters/owner managers.
- Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
- Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank
Job requirements:
- Good relationship management and fair credit assessment skills, product knowledge
- Should have excellent relationship skills
- Result driven with strong commitment to achieve business goals.
- Should be confident and must have good communication and presentation skills
- Should have work experience in SME/mid-market, Corporate or Institutional Banking in business development
- Good presentation and excel skills
