Kotak - Manager - Product Development

Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance Ltd. is one of the fastest growing Life Insurance companies in India. We are looking for candidates for our Product Development Team.

Following are the responsibilities of the role -

1. Gather, understand and align the sales requirements with the Product Development process

2. Monitor the sales process to ensure that the product is being sold as envisaged by the Management

3. Creation and management of customer pitch

4. Enable effective product launch

5. Plan Product campaigns

6. Analyze & recommend sales support tools

Requirements of an ideal candidate include -

1. MBA (Marketing) from a reputed B-School (Only 2011/12/13 Batches should apply)

2. Sales experience of 1 or 2 years preferred

3. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

4. Understanding of Life Insurance regulations and knowledge of other investment options
