- Addressing all Audits/Inspections under CLRA/ESI/EPF/PSARA and other applicable Act & department level. - Documentation: Maintain and update necessary compliance documentation, policies, and procedures - Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits related to compliance matters - Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and communicate any necessary updates to the management team - Hands-on Experience in Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances acts (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Leave, Bonus Register, Shop & Establishment act, Factory act, minimum wages, workman compensation act etc.) - Liaison & correspondence with various labour offices and knowledge of various quarterly, half yearly and annual returns under various acts. - Maintain liaison with Local police and other law enforcement authorities. - Sound knowledge in Audit & ensure 100% Statutory Compliances - Handling Incidents/Accident cases, Death, Labour court, Discipline cases.
