Deputy Manager / Manager - HR Operations

- Act the first point of contact for all the new hires being onboarded. Be responsible for managing the new hire onboarding life-cycle i.e. pre-joining connects, assisting the new hires in completing required documentation, conducting the inductions.

- HR Operations: Leave and Attendance, Probation and Confirmation Process, Preparing monthly MIS dashboards, Finance reporting, preparing cost provision & forecasting reports on a monthly basis.

- Exit process: Managing entire exit process, taking exit interviews and timely reporting of the exit interview feedback on a monthly basis with all the People Business Partners (PBP).

- Compliance and Vendor Management - Responsible & own delivery of key compliance items like background verifications. Flag the risk cases with the respective stakeholders so timely appropriate actions can be taken.
