Treasury Dealer Gift City - Gandhinagar Kotak Mahindra Bank Gift City Branch is the International Financial Services Center Banking Unit [IBU] set up in Gujarat International Finance Tec - (GIFT) City. The Treasury function at KMB GIFT City is responsible for balancing and managing the daily cash flow and liquidity of funds. The function also involves handling the bank's investments in securities, foreign exchange, asset/liability management and cash. Job Role: - Performing funds management and client / prop dealing functions - Arranging and deploying of funds at competitive rates to enhance NIM. - Investments in Offshore bonds - Client transactions on FX [Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Derivatives etc.] - Tracking markets and dealing in foreign exchange - Managing placements and settlement with banks - Managing and monitoring the bank's day to day liquidity - Managing FCy Balance Sheet - MIS for Treasury portfolio; Balance sheet items; Regulatory Changes; - Liaising with other banks for foreign exchange, money market limits, etc - Maximizing returns on cash investments &amp; In-putting deals for effected deals - Market monitoring &amp; intelligence, Understanding Geo- political &amp; Economic factors for mitigating risks Job Requirement : - 3 - 6 Years experience (MBA from Tier 1 Institutes) / with 5-7 yrs of relevant experience in handling merchant trading desk / bonds desk in bank treasury will be an advantage - Good communication and presentation skills Qualification - CA/MBA in finance - Knowledge of financial sector at large with strong knowledge of FX markets, Trade &amp; Treasury - Knowledge of RBI regulations around various banking products - Good oral &amp; written communication skills - Ability and willingness to learn continuously in a dynamic market environment
