Business Unit - Retail Liabilities.

- The key priorities for the Retail Bank are acquisition of new customers, ensuring we become the Primary Bank by meeting the financial needs of our customers, growing CASA & Retail Deposits and increasing cross-sell of all products offered by the Bank.

Job Purpose :

- To create the brand recognition of ING is Now Kotak among the customers & stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities of the Role :

Above the line marketing :

- Evaluating, negotiating & executing outdoor campaigns for different products & services

Below the line marketing :

- Formulation & execution of marketing and promotions plans / tactics

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate events and exhibitions for participation and sponsorship.

- Activating & executing Tie-ups for various products and promotions for the brand.

- Coordinate with sales, support in designing & executing contests, quarterly recognition of top performers

- Planning & Implementing BTL activities across the region to ensure IVB products & services are among the consideration set of customers.

- Ensuring continuous support to branches/sales in terms of activities for customer retention/ cross selling

- Maintenance of vendor relations across relevant channels

- Ensure consistent support for product collaterals to the branches & sales teams across regions.

Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across the channels :

- Implementing and monitoring the activities while adhering to Branding standards and strategy & ensure compliance across branch/ sales channels.

- Creating and executing the branding touch points and create consistency in the look and feel of the Brand

- Ensuring brand standards maintenance across branches & support Head marketing in executing the same.

Internal :

- Provide IVB / Product Management with feedback on the products offered and actively participate in product modification / development

- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
