Data Analyst & Strategist Role : - Use expertise in machine learning to improve the predictive capability of the Bank - Should be able to Demonstrate advanced predictive modelling technical and programming skills - Explore various advanced modelling techniques used in Industry - Guide and train team on analytical tools and analytical project management - Validation and monitoring of analytical solution/scorecards developed - Adhere to documented process and compliance requirements - Use visualization techniques to display data and the results of analysis in clear straightforward presentations that can be understood by non-technical readers. - Conduct annual model performance assessments to ensure existing models are working as intended and meet the criteria and /or make model improvement recommendations. - Distribute validation reports and consult with model and business owners and other stakeholders such as senior management, on model validation results. - Familiarity with ML models like Dtree, Linear Regression, Kmeans Clustering etc. - Individual Contribution in end-to-end model development using Python for various business problems for the bank. - Communicate with Different business verticals regarding their requirement and present the Machine Learning Solutions built by the team. Requirements : - Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills - Individuals with competency in advance analytics - Highly logical individuals with appreciation of emerging analytical and marketing technologies - Strong communication skills to effective interaction with business stakeholders - Knowledge on Python language and SQL Queries - Knowledge on cloud technologies will be an added advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail oriented, flexible and adaptive to matrix work environment
