Major responsibilities includes -

As a Compliance Team Member the role involves certain key activities like:

- Person with 2-5 years of experience in handling Trade/Fx transactions including capital account transactions

- The person needs to understand business requirements/transaction details and provide regulatory views/solutions

- Drafting references to RBI wherever required on regulatory interpretation

- Vetting all client references to RBI seeking approvals as AD Bank

- Conducting Compliance Reviews

- Tranch II review and Tranch III Testing of Forex/Trade related points

- Preferably a CA
