Kotak Mahindra Asset Management - Associate Vice President - Global Products

SUMMARY :

- Conceptualize, design and implement investment solutions for international investors, including mutual funds, structured solutions, customized mandates across asset classes such as Indian equity, debt etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understanding product requirements for different geographies and investor classes

- Project based execution of new product launches

- Interaction with third party service providers, regulators, legal counsels

- Generation and distribution of financial promotions for various Relationship Teams

- Preparation of various product documents and literature

KEY INTERFACES :

- Key internal interfaces: Relationship management teams, Investment management teams, operations, legal and compliance.

- Key external interfaces: Third party service providers, Legal counsels, External product teams, Regulators, Databases, Marketing and PR agencies.

REQUIREMENTS :

- MBA / CA

- 5-8 years experience

- A background of working on various financial products.

- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.

- Conceptual knowledge on various markets with respect to products.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
