Role Context:

This role will be a part of L&OD COE ( under HR Function )which propels the organization towards the path of continuous improvement by being a catalyst to bring in better efficiency and effectiveness using the levers of people- performance , culture and inclusion.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

To support and drive initiatives in the space of Organisation development with a deep appreciation for and exposure to:

- Org culture change interventions

- Talent and capability Development

Key Responsibility:

1. Diagnosis:

Conduct Organizational diagnostics and assessments, analyze and suggest recommendations in the space of Organization Culture and leadership development using OD Diagnostic models

2. Design:

Design programs, interventions, processes and systems to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance management using principles of Organization design

3. Execution:

Plan, prioritize and project manage with timelines and quality of delivery

4. Facilitation:

- Conduct workshops for Managers and employees for enhancing developmental conversations for talent development and retention

- Facilitate interventions for Capability development

5. Benchmarking:

Perform External and internal benchmarking and collaborate to design new interventions based on best practices

6. Stakeholder management:

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are high quality and on time to strengthen business relationships

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

- Post graduate degree in OD/Industrial Psychology (MA- OD, Industrial Psychology) or MBA OB/HR

Work Experience:

- 2-7 years' relevant work experience in Capability development and Org culture & values

Key skills & Competencies:

- Ability to engage with multiple senior stakeholders

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under tight deadlines

- Solution orientation

- Collaborative execution

- Effective Communication

- Facilitation

- MS office skills

- Influencing, building and sustaining relations

- Project management
