It covers over 8 million lives and is one of the fastest growing insurance companies in India.   Position: Senior Manager / Manager Process Assurance & Risk Management  Summary of the Role:   - Assess existing processes of the company to determine financial and operational risk and work out appropriate solutions along with the business functions.  Operational Responsibilities:  	 - Ensure review of all processes in the company  - Implement process imrpovement projects into various sections of the company  - Ensure internal audits conducted in the company  - Ensure risk assessment is carried out for various departments  Job Responsibilities:  - Initiating and implementing Projects which would increase Efficiency substantially and would result into better Management of activities.  1)Identify areas with scope of increasing efficiency  2) To design projects to increase efficiency of those areas  3) To carry out a cost benefit analysis for the same  4) To implement the project so as to achieve the desired objective.  - Conduct Management Audits and reviews of operational areas at regular intervals.  1) Identifying areas having Financial Risk  2) Carrying out Management Audits for all such Areas  3) To come out with Management Audit points which are considered to be having a substantial impact, by the Management.  4) To identify Branches and other operational areas which need to be audited regularly.  - Inventorisation of Processes and regular updation of the same.  1) To prepare a list of all processes which are more than 6 months old.  2) Draw up and execute a plan for review of all such processes.  3) To identify areas where there a need to have a process and design process accordingly  4) To prepare and update inventory for all the processes (new and old) at regular intervals.  -To ensure efficient control mechanism in all the projects where PERM has represented  1) To identify areas of project that needs controls  2) To ensure adequate control in those aspects  Profile Requirement:  Education: Chartered Accountant (Completed)  Experience: 0 - 4 Years (post qualification excluding internsip)  Note: If you are currently working with any ca firm and are into audits or process imrpovement initiatives for your clients, you will be given preference.
