OF POSITIONS REPORTING IN : N/A MANAGEMENT LEVEL : Individual Contributor OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE : - PMO Manager will manage / oversee / spearhead the implementation of strategic and special projects for various business lines in Kotak Life across HO & other locations. He / She shall support the QEI Head in project delivery mechanisms by ensuring that all business change at KLI is managed in a controlled way through timely governance & transparency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & Weightage : - Coordinate with project leaders to capture key updates for all projects - 25% - Produce reports, digital cockpits & maintain enterprise level MIS - 35% - Facilitate replication of projects and knowledge management - 20% - Periodic audits of projects & raise key risks / dependencies - 20% INTERACTIONS : Internal Relations:CXOs, Functional Heads, HO & Branch Office workforce. External Relations:N/a. Subject to change. REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS : Educational Qualifications:PG in Project Management or MBA from premier institutions Work Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience in similar roles (Corporate Exposure & Multi location projects- management) Certifications :Mandatory if non PG candidates: PMP / Prince 2, Optional : Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Analyst Other skill set : - Proven capability in running a multi geography/ multi divisional program in life Insurance companies. - High proficiency in professional PowerPoint & Excel (VBA, Macros, Dashboards, Automation) - Internal Auditor - ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 - to help proactively evaluate & mitigate risks - Demonstrated skills on benchmarking, agile governance &process audits.
