Kotak Life Insurance - Corporate MIS & Business Planning Role - CA

Purpose of the job

- Assisting the team and Management in the Business Planning Activity for an entire company, finalizing business volume, product mix, cost (fixed and variable), P&L and other qualitative parameters for setting performance benchmarks.

- Creating Meaningful strategic reports highlighting improvement area and presentation to respective team and management.

- Analyzing Competition Data and strategic presentations to the Management

- Handling all Adhoc data and analysis requirements from Management.

- Effective Handling Routine Reporting's to the Management

- IRDA Data and Reporting's understanding and checking.

- Understanding Insurance business in detail and Financial Statements

Responsibilities of the jobholder

- Ensuring Timely delivery of the Routine deliverables with accuracy and analysis summary.

- Effective and Meaningful Analysis of Competition and In-house Data. To help management to take decisions.

- Assisting the team in the entire Business Planning Activity

- Ensuring all IRDA returns are filed on due date and without any errors

- Understanding the business and Financials of the company so as to use the knowledge on analyzing the same.

- Creating a good relationship with all the teams so as to ensure smooth delivery of reports and returns
