OF POSITIONS REPORTING IN : N/A MANAGEMENT LEVEL : Individual Contributor OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE : - The primary focus of this role is to fully embed Quality Excellence (QE) across the business to build a lasting &amp; sustainable operations management capability. This role is integral part of the Quality Excellence &amp; Innovation team and involves the identification, assessment and implementation of operational improvement opportunities that deliver business benefits. Key Responsibilities &amp; Weightage :&nbsp; 1 Lead the execution of enterprise level LSS BB Projects (approx. 4 Per Year) - 40% - Provide feasible solutions &amp; alternate delivery mechanisms - Ensure benefit delivery (as per Financial &amp; Non-Financial targets) 2 Deliver Six Sigma Trainings and mentor GB Projects - 30% 3 Conduct innovation drives for idea generation &amp; filter key ideas - 20% 4 Identify opportunities for strategic projects &amp; maximize benefit realization - 10% INTERACTIONS : Internal Relations: CXOs, Functional Heads, HO &amp; Branch Office workforce. External Relations : Clients, Extended Distribution Networks REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS :&nbsp; Educational Qualifications : MBA &nbsp;Work Experience : Minimum 6+ Years spent in BB Role post BB certification.&nbsp; Overall experience - 8 - 10 Years Certifications : Mandatory : Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Optional : PMP, TRIZ or other Innovation Certifications Other skill set: - Defining Target Operating Model studies, Organisational Process &amp; Data Blueprinting. - Management Consulting Experience for Financial Services industry - Digitization / Automation / Robotics Delivery - Internal Auditor ISO 9001
