Position: Chief Manager - Fraud Risk Control

Reporting: VP

Brief of the JD:

1. Operationally heading Risk Control Unit (RCU), Heading a team of 6, out of which 2 are at senior level.

2. Review of Sampling of Cases and sending it to external Investigators - Action to be taken on Employees/ Agents found involved as the Malpractice Matrix

3. Ensuring Ethical Conduct by employees

4. Pro-active Investigation of suspicious cases

5. Ensuring a Fraud Monitoring Framework as per IRDA

6. Training across the organisation on RCU related measures and against fraudulent practices

7. Holding of Fair Play Committee, acting as a convener of the Committee where the Chairman is the CEO / MD

8. This role also be able to handle the Consumer Grievances recd. by the Grievance Officer

9. liasoning with Police and External Authorities

10. Assisting Legal Department in terms of Investigations and expert knowledge in the area of fraud prevention

11. Ensure Data Leakage is plugged

12. Involving in Negotiations and ensuring settlement of disputed cases

Profile Requirement:

Education: Chartered Accountant (Completed) OR

MBA - Finance

Experience: 7 + years (Post qualification excluding internship)

Note: If you are currently associated with BFSI or Insurance sector and have rich experience on Risk side, and an aptitude towards Risk analysis, you will be given preference.
