1. Managing channel (business marketing), essentially B2B2C, with majority of work being BTL centric
2. Understand the business teams requirements and provide communication solutions, put together new product launch plans, advisor engagement activities
3. Write creative briefs and work with agencies on developing marketing communication
4. Work well in cross functional situations and manage multiple stakeholders
5. Could be from a creative agency background. But would look for a reputed agency like Mullen Lowe, JWT, Publicis, any WPP agency, any division of Group M where the candidate has handled on - ground activities and communication development work
6. 7-8 years of experience either in marketing/brand communication or at agency side
