Project Manager

- Oversee all areas of delivery to the Stream

- Lead the development, implementation and rollout of project plans

- Manage stream budgets including forecast and actuals

- Timely escalation of risks and issues that may impede delivery and appropriate solutions to achieve optimal implementation outcomes.

- Gain the support of and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders

- Facilitates decision making between the key stakeholders and escalation where consensus cannot be achieved

- Quality Control and Assurance for their deliverables

- Promotes collaborative decision making and acts as proxy for the Stream BU Lead

- Provides leading best practice around approach to Project Management

Candidate Requirement : MBA \ CA with 5 to 7 Years of Experience

Knowledge/Skills:

- Project Delivery preferable in Insurance managing projects with multi team streams / vendors.

- Program / Change Management - Proficiency Level Expert

- Agile - Proficiency level Advanced

- Strong understanding of technology delivery methods and principles

- Strong understanding of Business process, Integration and Operation process.
