- Leading the manpower planning, budgeting and hiring practice for the organization. - Managing the recruitment life cycle; ensuring sourcing strategies are efficiently implemented, deliverables are met, employees are onboarded as per the business requirement. - Designing and managing the hiring projects at various locations to full fil the critical and urgent talent needs - Building strong relationships with stakeholders by keeping them updated with the hiring progress, external business environment, market trends etc. - Creating and managing a high-quality candidate experience from screening to on-boarding. - Creating a talent pool and network for all current as well as future roles. - Leading monthly hiring meetings with leaders to assess the resource requirements and align efforts. - Developing and publishing monthly, quarterly, half yearly, and annual reports and dash boards for hiring. - Mentoring the hiring team, facilitating solutions, developing their technical and behavioral skill sets.
