Kotak General Insurance - HR Specialist - Organizational Development, Processes & Analysis

1. Interprets data and HR matrices post assembling these from a variety of sources including open source, human resource information system (HRIS), management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors' practices etc.

2. Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to Best in class practices related to retention, engagement, attrition control, productivity, turnover etc.

3. Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to client /senior leadership.

4. Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues and to enhance productivity.

5. Assembles and sorts data for analyzing & identifying the training needs of the organization and comes up with suggestions on training programs' structure and mechanism to measure the effectiveness of same.

6. Facilitates implementation of new training, development, and other related initiatives.

7. Analyzes current processes and sets up a governance mechanism for each process by defining control mechanisms in the form of trackers & reports with pre-defined frequencies.

You should be :

1. Great at communication skills.

2. Expert in articulating the complex into simple and solving day to day problems using simple yet effective solutions.

3. Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating through situations when there is no rule book available.
