Responsibilities for the Role
- Drive the digital sales channel business by liasoning with Retail liabilities and Retail assets product teams of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.
- Generate business and achieve targets by working with the team of external call center.
- Develop and execute innovative ways and projects for lead generation and new market penetration.
- Plan and execute business promotion campaigns for Retail Liabilities & Retail Assets client base.
- Manage and optimise digital sales journey by using analytics, SEM/SEO & CRM multi-channel campaigns
- Develop mechanisms to capture customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Liaise with stakeholders across sales, product, design & support teams and managing relationships with vendors.
- Manage and guide team members towards achievement of target.
- Ensure that all team members are aligned to organisation values and vision towards achievement of business targets.
- Review and evaluate team members performance at regular intervals and provide feedback for improvement.
Role Requirements -
- Any Graduate, MBA from reputed institute preferred
- Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in Sales
- GI Experience of 8 -10 years
- Should have managed a team of 8 -10 people
