- To analyze business requirements and document business processes
- Work efficiently with the Internal Stakeholder to elicit business requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely
- Validate requirements with the project team and provide input to ensure that proposed solutions meet the Project
- Work with the project team to ensure timely deliverables
- Document process flow diagrams to assist in smooth flow of process
- Support the analysis of project and program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the project or program in accordance with established effective document management
- Support the Testing and Change teams to manage quality and smooth transition
- Support in Business report and Management Information system
Candidate Requirement-
- MBA/CA with 2 - 3 Years of Experience OR
- Graduate with 5 to 6 Years of experience in MIS, FP&A
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
- Proven skills with working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Good problem-solving ability and working with ambiguity.
- Process information with high level of accuracy
