Strategic Plan and Program (Project) Management - Financial management, Human Resources Development
Helps and works with the Project Head to :
- To develop Annual Plan & budget for the Project (Financial / Manpower)
- To maintain financial control and to monitor budgets on a monthly basis to make sure that budgets are spent according to approved annual allocation.
- To manage finances of the Project Unit in accordance with KEF's policies and procedures and local laws.
Planning and Implementation :
- Day to day activities/ operations, planning, regular programme functioning.
- Support infrastructure, logistics & resources needs of team.
- Monthly assessment supervision.
- Check all session plans - movie, content, skit etc.
- Pre and post test responsibility.
- Support lesson planning
- Event planning and execution.
- Teachers observation and feedback on regular basis.
- Spend time in schools for trouble shooting, handling indiscipline issues, solving & if necessary escalating teachers grievances, motivate & encourage teachers / co-ords AmsManagers for better performance
- Regular school visit and cross facilitation.
Administrative & Reporting :
- Handling HR initiatives for team like confirmation, leave management, appraisal coordination etc.
- Monitoring MIS and providing useful data analysis.
- Organising and participating in monthly and other meetings.
- Monitoring Activity planner
- Submit activity reports to project head.
Training & Developmental :
- Curriculum monitoring and working closely with content for development.
- Plan and execute yearly training program for teachers.
- Check all observation reports and create best practices that get shared across teams.
- Continuous update of sectoral knowledge, reading professional publications, maintaining coordination with other team & participating in organizations academic activities. Also imparting the same knowledge to the team members.
- Bring innovation in the education programme.
Relationship Management :
- Prepare half yearly and annual review reports school wise
- Coordinate with partner schools and send the requirements / necessities of schools / team.
- Mid-term and Annual appraisals of team members.
- Lead the programme.
- Volunteer orientation, delegation etc.
Technology enabled classrooms
- Drive the existing tech initiative
- Introduce new tech tools and platforms to enhance language skills
- Buddy mentorship and collaboration with various private stake holders
Perform other related duties as required during working hours
