Kotak Education Foundation - Senior Manager/Lead - School Leadership Development Intervention

Salary Offered : 12- 16 LPA

 

Senior Manager- LEAD for Kotak Education Foundation.

Helps and works with Project Head to :

- On boarding of new schools and successful execution of the intervention on field 

- Work closely with School Coordination Team and ensure smooth on boarding of new partner schools year on year to get the program started effectively in schools.

- Ensure the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year schools receive the designed input and exhibit the desired output.

Planning, Monitoring and communication of the intervention execution :

- Develop Annual Learning and growth Plans for school leaders and Team

- Work Closely with MIS Team for regular data point updates and keep refreshing plans as per requirement.

- Submit monthly/quarterly reports/ presentations of progress and gap analysis in input, output, processes and financial Budget.

- Regularly communicate about project progress to stakeholders within and outside the organisation.

Financial management :

- Preparing and managing budget for the intervention under guidance of Senior Project Head.

- Responsible for implementing activities in accordance with project or activity budgets.

External Collaborations :

- Identify and Collaborate with external agencies ( education institutes/ NGOS/Foundations/ Corporates) to strengthen the intervention impact and reach.
