Managing operations and beneficiary support for the DLS Tab intervention
1. To ensure smooth functioning of the intervention by data driven decision making and tracking
2. To create reports and documents that capture the process metrics as well as beneficiary outputs. These documents need to be created as weekly reports or monthly reports.
3. To ensure the team follows KEF standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
4. To create KEF standards of operating procedures and process notes for all activities
5. To proactively observe incoming data and identify action pointers for the team.
6. To proactively identify deadlines, set processes and share the same with the team.
7. To keep track of the activity tracker sheet and envision upcoming problems and lapses in deadlines that could impact the project delivery
8. To assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all beneficiary and team operational activities.
9. To maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
10 . To identify challenges, risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies for the same.
11. To understand the functionality of digital learning solutions and its proposed impact on learning outcomes
Work Skills:
- Experience in handling digital content and using digital tools
- Proficiency with process management and team management.
- Ability to utilize tech tools for day-to-day work.
- Perform analytics and develop strategies based on available data
- Plan to capture appropriate data for developing process metrics in the support team
- Ensure support teams activities are captured as data and monitor their process metrics
- Creativity and the ability to develop a dashboard, monitor team progress and create weekly reports
