Credit Analyst Location - Mumbai Qualification - CA (CFA/FRM will be added advantage) 2-3 years of experience in credit analyst role JD - Analysing financials, performance and trend in various counterparties across the industries - Prepare detailed investment notes including operating environment, financial strength, business strategy, management etc for new investments for the Investment Committee - Structuring of new transactions to ensure the credit risk is mitigated - Tracking performance of portfolio companies and provide regular updates on portfolio companies - Regular tracking of dynamic and trends in various industries - Tracking of market events closely and assess implication on portfolio companies - Post sanction monitoring of various terms, conditions and covenants of portfolio companies - Interact with debenture / security trustees, issuer / borrower to ensure that all sanction terms are complied - Track the credit ratings of various portfolio companies and highlight potential negative actions - Assist in overall risk and credit management of fixed income portfolio in line with various internal and regulatory guidelines - Assist in regulatory reviews, audits and other examinations
