Kotak - Area Credit Mgr - Emerging Corporate

Job Role:

1. Manage a team of credit analysts/managers to ensure best in class and credit / risk evaluation and monitoring.

2. Overview & effective monitoring of portfolio quality

3. Client and factory visit as per requirement to ensure that monitoring is at the highest levels.

4. Mange key relationship from credit / risk perspective.

5. Ensure adherence to the credit policy, internal policies, RBI and other guidelines.

6. Risk management of allocated portfolio and pro-active monitoring of the accounts.

7. Train the team of credit, Relationship, channel on credit, industry, risk, etc.

Job Requirement:

- Should have 12-15 yrs of relevant exp

- Should have managed a team

- Chartered accountant/MBA

- Strong financial Analysis Skills

- Analytical skills

- Strong communication(Written and Oral)

- Eye For detail
