Designation - Analyst Location - Mumbai Key Responsibilities : - The Analyst shall work closely with the Equity Corporate Finance Team to execute equity capital market transactions (IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, etc.) and support the Team. - Work shall entail conducting due-diligence, reviewing of Company documents and filings to be done with regulator, liasoning with Legal Counsels, engagement with Auditors, coordinating with CFO/ Company Secretary based on deal requirements, assisting in capital and offer structuring, working on client pitches, etc. Skills and Requirements : - Be fluent in spoken and written English and have good communication skills. - The candidate should have good understanding of legal and financial aspects. - The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple work mandates and be willing to take up challenging tasks. Core Competencies Required : - Develop quick understanding of concepts. - Detailed oriented. - Demonstrated ability to work passionately on assigned tasks and deliver within the desired timelines. - Collaborative mind set and maintaining high ethical standards.
