In our team, you will learn How to provide solutions to marketing challenges across each stage of the marketing cycle - strategy, planning, activation, as well as measurement optimization & analytics How to work with the wider marketing domain capability in areas related to Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Multi-Channel Marketing Hubs Responsibilities : - Business - Build a deep understanding of the business, brand, and competitive landscape to drive growth at Koo. - Identify and test new marketing and partnership opportunities to grow customers for Koo efficiently. Quickly test hypotheses and incorporate insights to optimize results. - Define success metrics and track performance based on core KPIs. - Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. - Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any business. - Develop innovative growth hacks to drive user growth and engagement on online properties via all channels and marketing programs. - Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behavior), and create actionable programs leading to user growth. - Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth along with scaling and automating the growth processes. - Analyse user journey to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs. - Working with AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue). - Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams-product, customer success, design, and content-to fuel product adoption and drive launches with the product. - Analyse and present reports to multiple stakeholders.
