Team Lead - Content Moderation

At Koo, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic Team Lead who will be able to join us immediately in Content Moderation Team.

Responsibilities :

- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture by delegating work to teammates and setting up goals

- Frequently evaluate the performance of the teammates through the help of a Quality Analyst. Review work done by the teammates, give constructive feedback and monitor their progress.

- Identify process and product enhancement opportunities, and new use cases, and execute effective ways to improve the existing processes through suggestions on automation.

- Closely work with the reporting manager, to understand and comply with the moderation tasks with the community guidelines.

- Track team performance, slice and dice the data of moderators and community moderation activities. Submit relevant reports regularly to the higher management.

- Conduct team meetings. Take feedback from teammates and create a positive environment within the team to ensure strong team bonding and learning opportunities.

- Should be adaptive and open to working in rotational shifts

Knowledge And Skills :

- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Adapt to the speed and be flexible to work in a fast-paced startup environment

- Should have led a team size of 10 or more in the past.

- Knowledge of social media products and prior experience in the content moderation field would be a plus.

- Ability to view the big picture and bring innovation and order to work.

- Should have an analytical bent of mind and have hands-on skills in Google Sheets, Tableau, and basic SQL.
