Growth Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- You would be responsible for end to end customer re-activation & retention campaigns
- Lifecycle management of the customer & Cohort, Creating customer journeys to improve key metrics across the funnel in line with business objectives.
- Own the entire retention and reactivation funnel constantly tracking, optimizing, and improving the same with the creative communication
- Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention, root-cause & predict churn and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns (retention and reactivation - both automated and not automated)
- Should be able to handle CRM tools, execute, measure & analyse campaign
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :- Good at data analytics and understanding user journeys - enjoy driving insights out of data, comfortable working with common analytical tools
- Should have an eye for detail, analytical mindset - should be able to do quick and flawless execution of campaigns on clever tap with the least amount of support
- Preferably must have worked in a retention role in any internet B2C organization or from a data analytics firm with good retention management, project experience or finding out meaningful insights
