Koo App - Business Analyst - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

JOB SUMMARY :

At Koo, we are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst who is proficient in data analysis, and can identify problems, and opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct detailed data analysis to diagnose business problems and identify opportunities to optimize key funnels

- Drive special projects to drive key business metrics

- Work with product, technology, growth, and operations teams to execute product/ funnel interventions

- Democratize data for other teams by building dashboards and analytics solutions

- Evaluate analytics platforms and tools by conducting primary and secondary research

- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Qualifications: MBA from Tier 1 institute with 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting/ Strategy/ Business Analyst roles preferably in startups

- Ability to structure complex and ambiguous, business challenges

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

- Competency in Microsoft Suite - Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Basic knowledge of SQL, R/Python.

- Comfortable with a fast-paced and chaotic environment

- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
