Position Title : Kontoor Brands Inc., Commercial Manage

Location Of Position : Bangalore, India

Reporting To : Director Finance

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

- Support Lee and Wrangler team spread across all over India to meet targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

Include but not limited to :

Function : Finance

Geographic Scope : India

Dotted Direct reports : DXC Commercial Team

Business Scope : Support Lee & Wrangler team to achieve targets.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build commercial models and present various scenario to India Management team.

- Assist and support brands and supply chain for preparation of order book, line plan, pricing etc

- Preparation of Quarterly partners profitability in conjunction with sales team and highlight red-alerts.

- Customer ledger reconciliation and sign-off on quarterly basis.

- Monthly reconciliation of discounts (contractual and discretionary) by customer and issuance of timely CN.

- Quarterly stock reconciliation and sign-off from Consignment customers with minimum Shrinkage impact.

- Monitoring and raising alerts on expiration of customer agreements, bank guarantees, inventory holdings, AR health etc.

- Lead customer evaluation process and accordingly propose credit limits and preparation of credit blocks.

- Strict Adherence of O2C policies and procedures.

- Overall compliance with company's Internal Policies, procedures and controls.

- Assist India Controller on various audits- Internal, Physical stock take and Statutory audit.

- Support projects - ERP, Coupa, Concur

- Adhoc request from India Management; Asia and Corporate.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

Skills :

- Strong in negotiations and inter-personal skills.

- Strong in building business and commercial models.

- Excellent communication, excel, and presentations skills.

Experience :

- 7-10 years of total work experience and 5 years in specific in commercial profile.

- Candidate from Retail and FMCG Industries are preferable but not mandatory.

Language Proficiency : English, Hindi 

CONTRACT : 12 Months  

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- CA/ MBA from reputed Institute.

SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS - if any :

- Frequency of Travel : very less.
