About the Role

We are looking for a cluster manager to own our apparel/footwear business marketplace.

Charter

- Deliver Marketplace AOP target

- Active Target assortment

- Ensure growth of active sellers month on month

- Develop Seller Growth Contribution

- Ensure competitive prices to be maintained at all times

- Ensure Seller Performance through effective management of seller Cancellation and Seller RVP

Ideal Persona

- MBA or equivalent degree

- Proven work experience of 6-10 years of sales/business development

- Specialization in the Apparel and Footwear category

- Should have handled sellers in the required cluster owning revenue for the same

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Problem solving abilities with strong bias for action
