Assistant Manager - HR Operations

About the Role :

We are looking for passionate individual contributors who understand how to not just implement operational excellence for each and every employee, but also know how to problem solve and update processes.

Charter :

- Executing offers and contracts with proper documentation

- Supporting end-to-end execution of onboarding and exit interviews

- Coordinate with the founder and HR Head in designing and implementing company policies, and setting up various HR processes.

- Managing internal HRMS and databases, payroll related activities, and work on company-wide audit related activities

- Collaborate with the key stakeholders in defining and building the culture across all levels

- Address people related grievances and do continuous checks through one on one chats/conversations with the team and employees

Ideal Person :

- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations with preference for e-commerce experience

- Full time MBA degree from a tier-2/tier-3 business school

- Experience in managing payroll and compliance scenarios for 100+ employees would be preferred
