Kone - Regional Manager - Installation Development

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities and key activities:

- Drive KEI installation initiatives at the Region level and take corrective action.

- Development of sub-contractor teams / productivity improvements

- Conduct periodic meetings with branches on Installation Safety, Quality & 5S challenges

- Site Safety/installation review highlight/ deviation for improvement.

- Budget preparation of Capex & tools.

- Monitor Tirak utilization & result, DT5 and ensuring periodic calibration status of tools & tackles including logistics of Tirak/Hoists.

- Monthly Sale & Production shortfall analysis including MS management.

- Analyse involve and train during piloting & feedback on new product.

- Investigate on incident/accident in detail to take corrective action.

- Monitoring & implementation of all process/procedures/statutory including KONE Way process.

- Accountable for efficiency measurement, installation capacity planning and forecast completion.
