Job Summary :
KoiReader is seeking a Presales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end support on proposals, prepare and review contracts, and collaborate with the product, engineering, sales leadership and company CEO. The person should be able to tell a story visually, be succinct and to the point in conversations, and be an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and other sales-related documents / collateral
- Help manage the sales process from discovery to contract signature including SalesOps
- Prepare and review contracts, including MNDAs, Service Orders, Statement of Works, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of our products and services clearly
- Create visually engaging presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions
- Develop a deep understanding of the B2B SAAS industry, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies related to Logistics & Supply Chain
- Be a self-starter and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and best practices
- Prioritize leads and opportunities, and work with the sales team to ensure successful conversions
- Leverage prior supply chain knowledge to advise clients on best practices and recommend solutions to drive value (good to have)
Basic Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the B2B SAAS industry
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work across US, UK, and India time zones
- Experience with MS Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and basic skills in Adobe usage (e-signatures, document comparisons, etc.)
- Prior knowledge of product companies, pricing strategies (B2B SAAS), and supply chain management is an added advantage
