Koinex is looking for a Senior Manager in Marketing to establish and operate an online and offline marketing strategy for our new opportunity in traditional fintech that is unrelated to cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology. We are a venture funded company with a track record of product excellence and market leadership and our team of engineers, product specialists, business development and growth leads has been working hard over the past few months to take on a new challenge in the fintech space.
Responsibilities :
- As a Senior Manager (Marketing) you will master the art of revamping a company's vision then developing a lead generation engine.
- Working alongside the Business Development, Sales and Product teams to understand the product and overall strategy of the business.
- Creating and implementing complete marketing strategy for various phases of the product launch.
- Establishing partnerships with strategic distribution partners.
- Creating KPIs/metrics of success for the Marketing and Growth team (lead to opportunity conversion, marketing contribution to revenue, MQLs etc).
Requirements :
- MBA or Masters degree in Marketing or related discipline or you have some kickass work experience to bypass this measurement of credibility.
- 4+ years of marketing experience of directly managing B2B/B2C Digital Marketing programs.
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis across all channels (online & offline).
- Proven experience in leading inbound marketing from lead scoring to SEO/SEM & PPC for a B2B mid-market software company.
- Demonstrable experience conducting ATL/BTL campaigns to drive business goals.
- Strong analytical capabilities and A/B experimentation techniques.
- Expertise in using different user analytics & reporting tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc.
- Strong financial & business acumen with an experience leading a team of at least 5 people.
- Proactive, motivating, and entrepreneurial-mind with an internal drive to meet goals.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent English, written and oral communication, and presentation skills.
Good to have :
- Google Analytics and Google Ad Word certified.
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM) to nurture, track and report on lead conversions.
- Design thinking & creative bent of mind.
- Experience in event planning & management.
- Interest in consumer technology or fintech.
