About us - We are into Blockchain industry. We are number one in India and now planning to expand our wings globally. We need someone who can completely take charge of day to day business operations. This person required to study global markets and execute things globally. Need to handle multiple teams in Mumbai office and ensure smooth operations. Need someone from IIT, IIM, Bits Pillani and from top colleges from India or abroad. We are a start up organisation and hence we are flexible and believe in open culture.

Responsibilities -

- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

- Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback

- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation

- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

- Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation

- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors

- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.

- Strategic Input - Liaison with Founders and employee. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
