Position: Sales Manager (Ad Sales)
Based in - Mumbai (Travel across the metros is anticipated)
Reporting to: Satish Iyer - Founder
What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)
We need a driven, passionate and extremely enthusiastic candidate to represent the digital assets and inventory of Koimoi (Interstitials, Rich Media Banners, Online Innovations, Mobile Apps) and monetize them to the best extent possible.
The role also expects the candidate to INNOVATE new advertising formats, properties and concepts and represent them to Brands and Digital Agencies.
- Understand, optimize and package our ads and content inventory.
- Work with ad agencies, internal sales team and direct customers to run successful, measurable campaigns.
- Create a very aggressive - outreach- program that will pitch our network to advertisers, brands, agencies and intermediaries for direct sales.
- You will need to set sales targets and work hard to achieve them
- Wherever necessary, coordinate with the development, creative & programming teams to deliver campaigns.
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately.
- Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and suggest new programs.
Who could you be? (Experience, Knowledge & Background)
- The Candidate would need to have understanding of the online advertising market and technologies involved, the mechanics of various campaigns and how to track and measure efficiency and also deliver ROI to our clients.
- A digital sales experience (from the entertainment industry would be ideal) for at least 4-5 years.
- An analytical bent of mind with a fluency in English and ability to communicate crisply and clearly.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Post Graduation/Masters (specialization in Marketing) - Preferred
