1. JOB PURPOSE : - Finished goods Material planning from Vendors and distribution to Warehouse 2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES : a. To ensure Product coverage as per Plan Major Activities : - Gather demand data, safety stocks, stock reports, SKU list &amp; Source detail etc., synthesize this information and work out complete material planning. - Purchase orders need to be sent to source plants and subsequently ensure material despatch and delivery to Kohler warehouse as per need. - Safety stocks &amp; ROL Max. calculations - Distribution Planning among different RDC b. To ensure MIS as per Plan Major Activities : - Maintaining Info record and other Master data &amp; Publishing MIS - Preparing Stock coverage reports - Review demand &amp; supply gap from all plants (Kohler &amp; Vendors) and plan counter-action plans for better adherence to supply schedules - Preparing Goods In-Transit report - Compiling LOTIF reports and work to improve LOTIF c. Other Key Activities - To ensure Vendor Payment on time by Timely Hand over of Documents to Finance. - Support Schemes and new product launches - Daily review of SKU level stock levels &amp; despatches from plants and plan needed actions for better availability. 3. KEY INTERACTIONS : - Internal : Kohler plants, Finance, Marketing, Sourcing &amp; Supply Chain on Regular Basis. - External : Vendors on regular basis. 4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : a. Educational Qualifications : - Engineering Graduate or MBA (premier B-School) b. Relevant Experience : - 2 Yrs. minimum Experience in Planning c. Personal Characteristics &amp; Behaviours : - Sincere - Committed &amp; Hardworking - Detail oriented d. Companies Preferred : - Auto/ Auto ancillary/FMCD/FMCG
